TnT Cleaning

The first cleaning corrected all of the areas that the prior cleaner had missed or maybe never even thought to clean. Now they maintain weekly. They are very professional. We had one minor problem and the cleaner left me a note and then the owner, Tina, reacted immediately and corrected the problem with a great attitude. I don’t worry about anything now they just take care of everything at a fair price. Tina is a pleasure to do business with and she is very knowledgeable about her craft. She actually taught me a few things about the right way to clean. I was shocked at the new appearance of my stainless steel refrigerator and even my light fixtures, big commercial windows and walls. Will use her forever.

There are things they forget to do and I don't realize till after the leave and once in awhile they send one person that has broken some things. If I tell the owner, she does fix it. I use them every other week.

Wonderful. I have TNT now cleaning my house for the last 8 years and they have been wonderful. Tina (the owner) is a very hard working woman and trains her crew very well. I think in the eight years I only had 2 cancellations from Tina, due to bad weather! I trust them a 100% in my house. If I need the crew to do something extra, I leave a note......and it's taken care off. Very pleased

I used TNT three times this summer for this rental house. They did a very thorough job. There was a lot of dust on blinds and windows from years of neglect. There also cleaned many marks on the walls from the movers. I discontinued to after the home was in good shape but would recommend the service.

I have used this company for my homecleaning for the past couple of months. The first clean was VERY expensive-275.00. My home seemed very clean and I would sure hope so for that price. I hired them to come on a twice monthly basis. We have had problems on three occassions with them leaving the house unlocked. They also did not perform all of the services that I was told that they would do. My husband and I had to clean all of our ceiling fans because they were not done. They did not clean behind any of the toilets, cobwebs over my upstairs entry were not taken down. Wood floors did not seem clean upon inspection.
I spoke with the owner and felt that she was beginning to make excuses for why things weren't done. I understand that things happen, but I hate to hear excuses and reasoning on why something wasn't done that I paid good money for. She also never suggesting coming back to correct, just that she would make a note and try to hit that the next time.

This was my first experience with house cleaning in Williamsburg. I got the name of TNT from a nearby neighbor who recommended the company. I talked with Tina who runs the business at length over the phone about what her service would be doing. The first visit required the and quot;thoroughand quot; cleaning and this was twice the usual visit amounting to approx. four hours at a cost of $260. She informed me that my particular house cleaning (light upstairs which is not used much) and complete downstairs would require expense of $130 each visit. So for the past two months the TNT cleaners have been coming every two weeks. Usually there is a team of two women, sometimes three, which might include Tina who participates and checks on progress every once in a while. She is a very thorough cleaner and adds a lot to the job. The other cleaners are very pleasant to have around and manage to do a great job. As I have only had this service for the past two months, I don't feel that I can be the perfect judge, but so far so good.

They are excellent and they do an excellent job. We use them regularly very month.
