Swift Services Ceramic Tile

Robert responded promptly to our request for quote. He was friendly and courteous and arrived as scheduled on installation day and was very knowledgeable about the details on how to install ceramic tile. He explained in detail how the job would progress and how he would perform each phase such as removal, thinset and grouting. He is able to layout and install intricate patterns and is very detail oriented. Robert also made recommendations on tile care cleaning and sealing. I had a large company in Richmond do some of my previous tile work and it was not as good as Mr. Swift did. I will definitely use him again.

I had used Rob Swift before and knew he did excellent work at a reasonable price.  Called on Friday for an estimate and was told he would be there on Monday.  He arrived right on time and quickly reviewed my job and took measurements and made recommendations.  He gave me a very fair price and we agreed for him to start work the next Monday.  Did not ask for a down payment, and worked with a handshake agreement.  He arrived the next week and proceded to start the work.  In laying tile there are steps involved that require drying time in between.  Because of this it took about 3 days to complete.  The completed job is just beautiful, Rob is a real artist that take a great deal of pride in his work.  I would recommend Swift Tile to anyone seeking a terrific job at a fair price.  Also he is immaculate in cleaning up each day at the completation of that days work.
