My son was called out of the blue to set up an appointment with them because they found on the internet a photo of him and they were very interested and acted as if it would be no cost to him.. Look out because there is always a cost and after driving all the way to Williamsburg Va. for an interview being told he did not need money he was told after he got there and drove the 4 hour trip that he would need 1000.00 to start.. BS They are a model/talent agency but you will always be expected to pay something even if they say No you do not....

The above review is false. Step 3 Agency does not just come across random images of people online. You have to go to the company website, fill out an application and if the company is interested then we may call you for an interview. Yes if you are a new face our company hires a photographer, MUA, stylist, editor, and legal team for copyrights. Step 3 pays for this for our talent in advance. Talent pays us back through bookings over time. It is called a model advancement and quite common in the industry. I am sorry for the confusion on your end because your clearly are confused.
