At this time I don't see any areas of improvement.

Our puppy was extremely happy and content when we picked him up. I am confident that care provided was top notch. I will not be using this provider again until my dog receives his normal kennel cough vaccine next year. This facility requires folks to over vaccinate their pets. The kennel cough vaccine if given nasally must be done every 4 months and if given as injection every 6 months to come to the facility. The normal protocol is every 12 months. If dogs are over vaccinated two things can happen. They will get sick and react to the vaccine or the vaccine will cause the virus to become resistant to it and become ineffective... Great Place but over vaccinating is not the answer to preventing kennel cough.

For boarding there is always a person on duty 24/7 as well as on call Vet and Tech.

They were excellent! They have several different service and it depends on what type of kennel, what kind of animal, and how often you wanna walk; they have different parameters for that. Their price is reasonable for the service they provide for my pet. I like the individual care that they gave into the animal, they seem that they have the people there most of the time; their interactions with the animals, the kennels, facilities, and cages are all good.

St. Francis Pet Resort and Rehabilitation Center's prices were pretty good. I was pleased with everything. They were excellent.

It went well .... we're new to Williamsburg and they would not take him for grooming until they knew his shots were up to date. I appreciate that caution. Groomer gave him a and quot;lion cutand quot; and did a nice job. She seems to be very good with animals. And Lulu, her pet pig, is really nice too.

Have not used the facility yet.

We have boarded our cat at St. Francis's a couple times, and will probably do so again. They let us tour the boarding area, and it's very nice - clean, doesn't smell, the cats seem relaxed. Our cat used to come home very stressed when we boarded her at our vet's, but she doesn't when we board her here. Staff is also very nice. A bit pricey, but if you can afford it, it's worth it.

This is a beautiful place. I boarded my dog here over Memorial weekend and I would highly recommend it. It is pricey but it is so clean that after three days of boarding my dog didn't even need to be bathed. He also didn't seem that happy to see me, I think he was perfectly happy to stay there.

Let me give you some advice. If you want a standard room for the twenty buck rate at their facility, call way far in ahead. Those rooms fill up so fast. If you don't plan in advance, you will never ever get in. This is because their other rooms are called things like the Presidential Suite. The room is in red, white, and blue. It has a television in the room on doggie shows for your dog. It has cots and things for them to play with. They also have cowboy themed rooms, rooms with music if your pets like that, and just very detailed programs for pet boarding. They are great, but they are definitely not cheap. You better book them six months in advance. People around here know they're the best, so they get packed.
