"I personally inspected the property.prior to servicing and advised customer by phone and in writing of the cost to service. We confirmed agreement prior to starting. Although small, the yard was littered with debris that required removal prior to cutting. The ditch line had not been properly maintained and was overgrown along with areas around the building and perimeter. Customer paid $65 which is our minimum charge to send a truck and crew across town. She was not charged extra for double cut or picking up trash and debris."
