I had some good experiences with them. He is reliable. He is a professional as well. He just acts like a person. Every time he came in, he did an inspection and he would tell me if I do cheap work, it could affect the house. If I do write about the unit and everything, sometimes could cost me more. I think he is an ethical person because he at least told me that if he does cheap work, the price would be cheap; and it?s not going to be good for the future of the house. So every time he discloses that information, gives me a better understanding about the after effects. I would use his services again in the future.
