W called Friday afternoon, and he was able to help us Monday morning. He came just when he said he would and called that morning to confirm the time. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

It seemed as usual for a repairman. He was there 30 minutes, but the kicker was the $89.00 service charge just coming across town. There was also a $50.00 labor and $120.00 part charge. Do not hire this thief!

My wife discovered our side-by-side fridge not working mid-day on a Sat. I looked up appliance repairmen on Angie's List and called Sibley Appliance. The answering service took a message and Dave Sibley called us within about 15minutes. He was available so he came right over within 15min. He determined the problem was a failed cooling fan then, after replacing that, found that a relay had failed, too. Dave took time to show us how to access and clean the cooling coils (had years of dust built up). Dave had understood the urgency of our situation, responded quickly and did a great job fixing the fridge. Considering that this was an emergency repair, I think the charge was reasonable
