What a great painting company to work with. From the very beginning of our project Ivan consulted with us on our ideas/needs and he supervised the project to the very end, even stopping by after the project was finished to see how pleased we were. This is top notch customer service! The painters were very polite and professional, and they were meticulous with their accuracy and protecting the surrounding areas from any paint splatter. It was an absolute joy to work with them and we would easily hire them again for any future paint projects.

It started of with a fabulous quote. After that, it steadily went downhill. Was told the quote I initially received was done in error. The new quote totaled $5,000+ more that what I was initially quoted. Scheduling became a nightmare, when after I submitted my initial down payment. Getting a return call became a hassle. After I cancelled my contract, I received a call to reconsider with a promise to give my request priority treatment. I didn't receive what I was promised in a timely manner so I cancelled my request a second time. The ordeal left my wife and I feeling like we had been discarded like an unwanted shoe. Our house never got painted to this very day.

They replaced drywall tape, patched and painted a bedroom and doors. They did a fantastic job! I appreciated the fact that they were bonded and insured and provided a warranty on their work. The room looks brand new! I can't wait to hire them again to paint the rest of the house.
