xScott Weber is a smart, experienced, observant, reliable plumber who knows his craft and does excellent work. We called him to check out a toilet that sounded like a big hunk of metal was bouncing around inside the pipes. He checked out and found nothing wrong; it flushed normally. He replaced our leaky shower head and repaired a faucet. My husband asked if he would locate the whole-house turn-off water valve for us, and he did; it involved his crawling 15 feet into our crawl space. When he got to it, he looked around to understand the unusual routing of the pipes, and suggested a few sensible changes, including moving the shut-off to a more convenient spot. Our house was built in 1957, and is a bit quirky. Scott is thorough, thoughtful and responsive. He answered my phone call within 8 hours, and came when he said he would. I highly recommend him.
