He met me to review the work and we were flexible on time so I left a key in a lockbox for him to have access. He did the work and cleaned up so I couldn't even tell someone had been there. The work was done professionally and we are planning to have the other bathrooms changed out when the next vacancy arrives, hopefully by Road Runner. He did the work we agreed upon and did some minor adjustments the bathroom sink assembly so as to prevent future problems.

Road Runner was hired by the seller to fix some issues which were highlighted in our incredible house inspection. This included fixing the rot in several window sills, placing GFCIs in several outlets, repairing a few window jambs and replacing the garage door. We met him at the house to check on the work prior to move in, he was rude and crude to me and my wife- ran several days behind in the work and when we went to do the final walk through he had either painted over the rot or filled it with Styrofoam and painted over it. The garage door was poorly installed and doesn't track right. The GFCIs seem to be working fine. When he was called by the seller to find out why he was unprofessional and unpleasant.

Thurman removed an old bathroom sink and faucet and replaced them with ones we had provided. He also changed out he kitchen faucet and spray mechanism during this visit. He had problems with the faucet we provided for the bathroom and replaced it with a new one from his inventory.

Very well! His prices beat three other companies hands down. In the process of washing my siding, the fireplace flue vent cover broke and he went out and acquired a new one and fixed it within 24 hrs. I didn't need to even follow up with him.

Vendor did all work as discussed, when planned, cleaned up and secured the area. All work properly and look great.

I've been out of commission for 3-4 months because I broke my leg. When I was able to walk around my house, I surveyed my yard and discovered that one of the many storms that came through this area in the summer had ripped off my down spout on the back. I called Thurman on Monday and he was out to fix it for me on Tuesday morning. It wasn't a hard job, but his professionalism and care about the customer were paramount. He even offered to do it for free, but I want to keep him in business because when I need an outstanding repair person, I want to call Thurman. His work is trusted by local real estate agents, so I feel if it is good enough for them, I know it is going to be good for me and anyone else I recommend him to. He's honest as the day is long and I know you'll be happy with him and his work.
