Everything went well and the estimate I was given was pretty accurate,reasonable and fair. I was also informed up front that it is an approximate figure as things can come up during home repairs that are unexpected. I was pleased with the work when it was completed. They were on time, friendly and very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

Because this is our rental house in another state, I needed someone who would take pictures of the problems both before and after. Our biggest challenge was getting someone to respond to my call. He was the fifth company I called since I wanted someone who was recommended by someone I knew. Two said they didn't want more work, one never returned calls and the fourth, contacted through Angie's List, was initially responsive and kept saying he would go out to the house but I gave up after three weeks when he never showed. Russ was recommended by a county official I knew and he was not only responsive but had the work done quickly, working well to coordinate with the renter. He has kept me informed and has been very easy to work with through the whole process. At my request he did a walk around, documenting areas that needed attention and sending me pictures and recommendations. I have needed to spread out the costs and he responds whenever I contact him to move forward with each new project.
