We used them since we had been unable to find cabinets and countertops to purchase and install ourselves, our usual method of operation. They certainly had many and varied choices and did excellent work.
We felt that we were at the and quot;low endand quot; of their usual projects, both in cost and in scope, but, even then we have since discovered that we were paying afairly high mark-up to have them contract out to other firms to construct and install.
If planning to do the same type of work, we would be more diligent in hunting for direct suppliers of the goods and services.

Kara did a great job of addressing all our concerns and needs in the new kitchen. She suggested several changes which have been wonderful. We liked the and quot;one-stopand quot; shopping where we were able to select so many items at one time. We purchased our appliances from Reico and compared the pricing elsewhere, discovering that Reico's prices were competitive with purchasing them separately. That allayed any reservation we had about getting them all from them, and allowed Kara to ensure that the kitchen cabinetry layout would accommodate the appliances chosen.
Due to our naivete, we scheduled a party at our home 3 weeks into the remodeling process, which created a real problem since the quartz countertops' lead-time was 10 working days (and they don't measure for those until after the cabinets are installed). Realizing our situation, Kara and quot;pulled stringsand quot; and was able to move our job to the top of the list and they were installed 2 days after the cabinets! That was amazing and showed the extra effort that Kara was willing to put into our job.
Kara quickly responded to all questions and concerns and worked well with the contractor.
I will definitely use Reico when it's time to remodel our bathroom!
