Completed job as scheduled. Offered to let me inspect the work but I declined offer to climb up on the roof. Offered 5 year guarantee of his work.

It went well. We were happy with them. He wasn't high pressure. We felt they did a good job. We had talked to a couple different companies and they were reasonable.

Ray Dise, owner of R and D Roofing, was very prompt and courteous. He answered all my questions while providing expert advise. His crew showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up after themselves reasonably well. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The new roof looks great and we have a 5 year written warranty on all workmanship. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

The new roof looks great, and it even lowered our heating costs. However, they didn't return to change the nails to a different color as promised. Furthermore, the person they sent to make adjustments to our skylights didn't complete the job as well.
