 + -1 moreAfter having horrible luck with finding a general contractor to handle a drywall/paint and exterior storm repair job. I finally decided to put the word out to friends to find a referral, Quality Improvements was recommended by an acquaintance. Our initial appointment on a Wednesday was a no show, received a phone message/apology on Friday. I called that afternoon, leaving a message asking for another appointment. Didn't received a call until the following Monday, rescheduled and was given a 10-12 appointment on Wednesday, which was kept when the representative showed up at 12:05. Estimate given on the spot (average price), seemed professional, easy demeanor. I asked for an emailed written estimate which was received within 2 business days. I contacted the following day (Friday) by phone and left a message stating that we would like to move forward. No reply. The following Monday wrote an email stating the same and no reply. Left another voicemail 5 or 6 days later and still no reply. Sadly we'll be searching for yet another contractor. Hopeful to find better customer service...

replacement windows
 + -1 moreGary was very professional and completed all work as agreed to.
Description of Work: Gary, the owner of the company came to my house and gave me an estimate of the work to be performed. He also meticulously measured for screens which he later installed at no cost. I agreed to the estimate and he installed the windows about 4 weeks later. The cost was reasonable, given the size of my floor to ceiling windows.
