Description of Work: They made repairs to the flashing to stop the roof from leaking where the roof from the addition attached to the main house. They also replaced a small portion of the roof shingles. The work was completed timely and they came out sooner than I expected which was great. The techs were very nice and professional. There were 2 issues however, 1, the work was started on the opposite side of the roof from where the leak was. I noticed they were working on the other side and asked them if they were repairing the whole roof line where it meets the main house. When they checked the work order, it only showed 1 side. The leaking part was on the other side of the roof and that was not on their work order. Once they spoke to the estimator he confirmed the work was supposed to be on the other side, they actually did the whole thing and did not charge me extra which is what I would have expected. It did take an extra day because they had to get more supplies to finish. They did cover the main leaking area with a tarp per my request because there was a good chance we were getting more rain that evening and I did not want more water to leak through the ceiling. The tarp was effective as it did rain heavily that evening and no water came in. The other issue was they charge an extra 3% for credit card payments. I don't like that but they do tell you upfront. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning. It did seem like the price was a little high, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. We have had several heavy storms and the hurricane blew though with no leaking at all. The office person I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I would recommend them and I will use them again for roofing needs.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 existing skylights with vellux skylights. Replaced 30' of gutter and downspout. Replaced roof collars. Workers were very informative of what they were going to do and when they would be finished. Came inside to clean up any debris that may have fallen off the ceiling. Cleaned up all debris from the yard. Great experience!!

The service turned out fantastic.
Description of Work: We purchased a big deal for Pyramid Roofing. They came out to do an inspection and then it took about two weeks for them to do the repair. They replaced pipe collars, and then they installed new felt underlayment, and shingles, they sealed some stuff, and then they fixed part of it that was installed improperly in the first place.

Description of Work: I had my roof done by another company. Pyramid Roofing came out and inspect my roof and I found out that the other company did not do such a good job. Mike informed me and showed me everything that was done wrong by the other company. He also wrote up the paperwork in detail of what had to be done to my roof. He gave me a price and I did not get any extra fees after the work was done. He did a great job and quality work. Thank you PYRAMID ROOFING!!!
