I submit a request for quote and within 5 minutes had a call from them. They listened to my concerns and told me they could be out the next day to fix the issues. He got here and diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes compared to the 2 hours I spent on the phone with Chamberlin! He got the two motors installed and working in an hour! I will use them again
