I think this is the greatest car shop i have ever been to. I totally trust the judgement of the employees and they go out of their way to make you feel special. Jerry is an amazing person who knows his customers and makes you feel at home. Best car shop to go to for sure!! They have very honest and fair prices and I would never take my cars anywhere else. Always help me to find a discount where I can while still keeping quality! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!

After my car was and quot;fixedand quot; I had to waste my time and return my vehicle two more times for the same problem. Third time I showed up at the shop I was informed that it is actuarially something else, which would cost me additional 600 dollars. Fortunately, I took my car to different mechanic. Not only the problem was fixed the cost was incomparable to that of New Town Autos.

We had to wait for a part to get in, but since it was for our kid's car, it didn't matter. We use New Town Auto and are always pleased with the service and price. We trust Gerry and get all four of our cars serviced and repaired and tired there.
