The work was completed as described. The people were all very nice, professional, on time each day, great clean up. I wanted to change 1990s fruitwood stained alder wood cabinet doors and boxes to painted white. Mark convinced me that painting was not a good idea d/t the problems, over time, that accompany paint. He was very nice, not pushy. I went with the "tune up" but wish I had gone with the paint. The cabinets do look "tuned up" They have a shine but just look like they have been washed down and a shine product applied. This is of course what was basically explained to me so the company did what they said they do. I guess my point is that if you have an older home, original brown stain to wood and want to "update" then you should either 1) Replace the cabinets (which I could not afford to do) or 2) go with your gut and get them painted because just "tuning up" is not going to make you happy. I wish I would have gone with the white painted look. It would have been about the same amount of money and I know I would have been happier. I just had 14 (6 panel doors) replaced and all existing window and baseboard trim for 3 bedrooms, 5 closet and 12ft hall, WHICH HAD THE SAME FRUITWOOD STAIN, done for $2600.00, price including painting everything white AND INSTALLING NEW DOORS. IT looks GREAT and I am so happy with it. Mark and his company did what they said they would do and there is no fault with them. I do think this is basically a good cleanse with a gloss top coating of KitchenFit proprietary product and significantly overpriced. BTW I had estimates of $2700.00 to 3500.00 for painting of the cabinets so price was not the deciding factor for me; it was the sales pitch. Kitchen Fit was just more convincing r/t longevity of the work product. Expensive lesson learned.

The kitchen in our early 1990s home was classic "Tuscan Brown," with hideous oak cabinets, fluorescent lighting, a worn-out linoleum floor, and Formica countertops. We fixed the lighting, replaced the countertop, and redid the floor, only to discover we couldn't live with the oak cabinets. Mark and his team came to our rescue with a superb refacing job, including an equally professional job on the tile backsplash. The results are stunning, and cost less than half of what we would have likely spent had we gutted the kitchen and replaced all the cabinet frames. Mark's technician, Jim, was courteous, highly competent, and responsive to our suggestions. Any concerns we had -- and there were very few -- were promptly and courteously addressed. My highest recommendation!

We were extremely pleased with the finished product as our kitchen now looks brand new without the added cost to replace the entire cabinets. Mr. Levy is great to work with and has an eye for detail and aims to please his clients. His workers were always very courteous and professional. We had to change several items during the makeover and we appreciated Mr. Levy's understanding and not trying to nickel and dime us. Their product was not the cheapest but I guess you truly get what you pay for. It took a little longer than we expected but in the end it was well worth it. Definitely would recommend giving Kitchen Tune Up a try.

The change in my kitchen is amazing.  The kitchen looks modern, clean,  and adds value to the house.  The price was more than reasonable especially when considering kitchen cabinet replacement.  The job was performed in the time allowed and the workmanship was great.  I highly recommend cabinet replacement/re-facing to completely change the look of your old kitchen.

Their price was good to resurface.  The cabinets look great and we really like the style.  The island was needed and we are enjoying this as well.  They were prompt and very accommodating with our schedule.  They were very professional and left the area clean.  There were some small items that had to be done and it took awhile to order strips so it took longer to complete the work.

refinishing work was very nice, the hardware replacement didn't go as well. They didn't get the right hinges for the door, the doors stuck out ½" from the frames, The pulls were nearly all installed crooked and had to be modified. Some of the door tracks had to be replaced and one couldn't be corrected until I hired another contractor to redo the hinges and slides.

Mark Levy came in and helped us remodel our kitchen. We thought we needed to get all new cabinets which he offered, but found that his wood reconditioning would give us what we needed at a fraction of the cost. My wife was thrilled with the new look (friends think we did get new cabinets, as all blemishes are good and the finish is like satin). The countertop area we replaced was fairly small (kitchen island), but well done. We updated the hardware and added a few pull out drawers for storage. He was very nice, unassuming, and knowledgeable. Things went exactly as planned. We had a previous estimate that was double what he quoted us, so we were lucky to find him. I would recommend to anyone looking for great work at reasonable costs.

Mark Levy came when he said he would, and presented the product very well. Two professionals came to the house about a week later. Thereese and Jean Marie. Both were aggressive about getting the work done in a timely manner and worked continuously until the work was complete. The work was tedious and very detailed. When they were through it looked like someone had come in and installed new cabinets throughout the house. Seriously they didn't look that good when we bought the house 25 years ago. We would recommend the company to our family and friends without hesitation. It was one of the best investments we've ever made. Thanks again to Thereese and JonMarie for their professionalism (they also became our friends).

Mark responded to our initial phone call and came to our house with samples, gave us an estimate at the end of the visit.  There was absolutely no pressure.  He was very down to earth, very police, extremely knowledgable, offered suggestions, was honest.  We couldn't have asked for more.
He kept us informed of our order, called about one week prior to the cabinet order arriving, set up an installation start date and approximately finish date.  The kitchen was spotless every day when they left.  Jerry was meticulous in the installation procedure.
When the job was done we received a follow-up call and visit.
The end result is spectacular!  I highly recommend the company.

We called Mark Levy, owner of the local Kitchen Tune-Up, to come to our house and give us an estimate to reface the bathroom vanities.  We have 2 and 1/2 baths.  Mark arrived right on-time, looked at our vanities and explained, in detail, the process involved to reface them.  Mark was very personable and easy to talk to.  Our vanities were almost 20 yrs old, constructed of a light colored oak, that were installed in many homes during that time period.  We chose to reface them to a color that resembles a dark chocolate.  Mark provided an estimate and we signed a contract with him and set a date for the work to be done.  Jerry and Therece (installers) arrived on-time, on the scheduled date, and started working right away.  Their professionalism was top notch, attention to detail was evident during all phases of work.  They kept the work areas clean and cleaned up any residue after the job was completed.  They refaced the 2 and 1/2 baths in one day.  The results were outstanding!  We couldn't believe how well the old cabinets looked after being refaced.
