Throughout the entire process, this company was extremely difficult to work with. They never answered their phone and never returned calls. We had to keep calling until we finally got in touch with someone. They never showed up to work when they said they were going to. In addition, when they finished the work, we discovered that they had built the wall over our neighbor's property line. They had told us that they would check the pins to determine the boundaries of our yard, which they obviously never did. When we called to get them to correct the problem, they blamed us by saying that they had never agreed to find the pins. They said that we were responsible. It took several phone calls to the company, lawyers and other third parties just to get the company out to fix their mistakes. I would never hire them again and would caution any individual seeking to use their services.
