The cost of her basic yearly checkup including her blood test and fecal test is around $150. I have been going there for about eight years now. I like the veterinarians that are there and they seem to really care about the animals. I had called them on a weekend and they came out and helped her out.

It was good. They are professional and they take care of my animals. They seem to get results. We were expecting a higher price.

Dr. Fidler was very informative, thougthfully answering all of our questions. She had a wonderful manner with the cats and their owners. She pointed out problems, and proposed remedies. We felt that the cats were in good hands. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Jolly Pond is definitely our new veterinary hospital.

This was my first visit to Jolly Pond. Doctor Brown was wonderful! She spent the time listening to any concerns that I had. She took her time examining my 8 year old dog and explaining her findings. She diagnosed arthritis issues that my previous vet failed to see. She explained what she saw in my dog's walking and how Daizee was compensating for arthritis in her hips by leaning her body forward as she walks. She suggested trying rimadyl pills at a small dose on Daizee and seeing how she does. Daizee has had new life in her walks. I would strongly recommend Doctor Brown to others looking for a great veterinarian!

We have used them several times, and they have been excellent with one of our dogs who had an accident with a pincushion. They took her in immediately and did x-rays. They did everything right away. They also provided teeth cleaning to my other dog. Our daughter is going to bring her two cats to them too to have their teeth cleaned, because they are reasonably priced. I asked them why they did it that price, and they said, so that they can do preventive care for animals.

The Vet seemed competent and was very friendly to us and our dog. What really got us riled up was this clinic's refusal to work with any sort of alternative means to attain Pet RX medicines. They insisted we buy our flea and heart worm medicine from them (at a substantial markup) and were down right obtuse when our pharmacy of choice tried to contact them and verify the prescription. Will not be going back.

The front desk was responsive and friendly. The physical place was clean and inviting. The doctor was wonderful. She was most helpful and was interested in advising me on what to do for my dog's irritable bowel syndrome. She took the time to explain what to do to minimize visits to the vet..which could become costly.

Pick another vet clinic -- the receptionist is obnoxious and the veterinarian didn't seem to care. Military, new to the area and looking for a vet clinic to match the compassion, professionalism, and care for our dogs that we've found at many other vet clinics. Jolly Pond was a strike out. My wife had a difficult time making a convenient appointment. When we arrived the receptionist was obnoxious, made a negative comment about the military, had lost the records faxed from our previous vet clinic, and made us wait at every turn. A little shocked, we hoped the vet would be better. We moved into a waiting room. Twenty minutes of waiting that allowed my wife and I a thorough opportunity to discuss our experience so far and we decided we could do better and it was time to leave. That is when the vet walked in. She wanted an opportunity to hear our concerns. We explained what happened. She shrugged her shoulders and said "What can I do? I can't control what they (the receptionists) do?" She explained how tough her day was. She then acknowledged that she couldn't give shots without the records -- one of the main reasons we came. She offered to give the dogs a once over. Our dogs are older and have some medical issues. Considering her lack of knowledge without the records, her offer seemed pretty empty and her demeanor suggested it was somehow our fault how we had been treated. We've never had an issue with a prior vet clinic not receiving faxed records. Every concern we raised led to another excuse. We decided to leave. So, I can't comment on the price or quality of their care. What I can say is that, as a military family who often has to be the new client to veterinarians, doctors, mechanics, plumbers, etc., we always know their is a better option out there, we don't need to lower the standard to "make it work," and, in the end, our dogs deserve better, more compassionate, more professional care. Given the number of talented people out of work there is no reason Jolly Pond should maintain an obnoxious reception staff (see other reviews) other than they just don't care.

We had an appointment for 3pm. we ended up waiting for 45 min as we were new customers. they took all there established customers first not once did they say we will be with you, we just kept getting looks and then the two behind the desk kept whispering to each other and looking at us. No one talked to us. Our daughter started to get fussy and the one of the workers back behind the desk made a remark that we should have left our daughter at home as this was a vet office not a daycare. At this point I was so mad that I told my husband if they can’t treat us right who says they will treat our animal’s right. They were very up tight and very rude. Not a place I want to have my animals being seen at. So we got our records and left. Being military it’s hard enough to get established with a good vet after a pcs move but getting treated like that was very unprofessional and UN called for.

They charge me around $34 for a basic checkup for my pet. They take time to figure out what's really wrong with your pet and let the owner participate in their decision. I have never really shopped around for comparison; I was just happy with their service and so can't comment on their pricing.

They are excellent. They will take you on a moment's notice for an emergency. We ran out of medication on Christmas Eve. We had the contact information of one of the vets. We called her and she came on Christmas Eve and opened up the hospital and got us the medication for our dog. We were really impressed with that. They are just great. Also, the groomer that works with them, Lynn Creel, is great. We have used them for years.

They are very good. Our last visit was for an annual checkup. Even though the two cats are elderly, they are remarkably healthy. There are two female vets there. The exams and after care are good. The prices are reasonable compared to a lot of other providers. The biggest thing is that they are close. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Went well. The vet made suggestions to try something new for my old pet. Did not try to push anything or overprescribe. Very happy with the experience and will continue to be a client.

I was skeptical at first... fancy new building, not very friendly receptionist, but then I met Dr. Ruth and her technician and came out very relaxed and confident that this was the right choice. Dr. Ruth was great with my dog, answered all my questions (not condescending!!), and was great wtih my kids. She took lots of time with us. Seems to have a great understanding of animals and the local influences on them! Thanks!

Dr. Brown is caring and professional but what I appreciate most is that she doesn't guilt you into paying for more services or products than you really want. I have multiple pets and regular wellness vet care adds up quickly. Dr. Brown provides excellent care and is also very sensitive and responsive to our priorities in terms of our pets and our budget.

Anytime you have to put your dog to sleep it is a horrible experience. Dr. Hancock came in on her day off to perform the procedure. Which in my opinion, was a caring and considerate way of her to show her compassion. That tells me what a wonderful clinic they are.
