Jim went above and beyond , not only did he make and install hand rail, which he also sanded smooth, he took up some boards on the porch that were beginning to show a lot of wear , and installed new boards. The next time he came he had to remove siding from the house, because of rot underneath, where the siding had just been nailed right over the previous 35yr. old wood, he replaced the rotted out area, made sure every thing else was good, installed new plywood, then placed a new lintel, that will never rot , reinstalled all the framing, caulked everything ( with the correct caulk, the previous guy used the wrong stuff, and it had all fallen out) made it look brand new.- Cleaned everything up after himself, took away all refuse. Did not leave premises till job was done. I would recommend him to anyone
