Very well. Termite problem identified and corrected. Took 2 visits, but ants eradicated and no return visits

Excellent. They identified my problem and where it was (apparently the builder added fill in the elevataed front entryway after the termite treatment, which led to termites) and treated. Termite free. Also, I had ants in the house and they treated for the ants and came back for a 2nd visit just to be sure they killed off the colony. No repeat visits from the ants! I would definitely use again.

The experience was fine with the exception of not being informed beforehand of a $60 charge to simply show up.  The inspector was at the residence for approximately 15 minutes and found no evidence of termites which I am thankful for.  Lesson learned to ask upfront about initial costs as there are plenty of companies that offer a free initial inspection.

I have used him for two years. He is very good. They completed the job very well. They have really good people.

Took two dates (second service on June 27) to rid us of ants in the kitchen. They did say this was normal, but we weren't happy about the length of time it took to get rid of all of the infestation. Whereas this may be and quot;normaland quot; to take this long, nevertheless, we were not pleased as we had to constantly clean and disinfect counters, food surfaces and wall surfaces for weeks. Both services were included for the $175.

We have used James Pest Control for 18 years and they are always polite, on time, and their service works. In extreme weather if more bugs enter the home (if it is very wet for example) they come back at no charge.

They came out, inspected, they provided a written estimate and then came out the following day to treat the infestation. They were a little late from the first time they had scheduled but when my wife called to see where/when they were going to come out, they were at our house in 30 minutes. They performed the services in a professional manner, communicated throughout the process, and did a great job. We would definitely use their services again.

James Pest Control is well-respected and very professional. We have had them out to our home on several occasions, and their servicemen are always prompt and courteous.

They do great work. They are on time and they have been able to solve all types of problems for me. I like that their spray is not harmful to children or pets.

They come every three months. Once a year they do a termite inspection. They are reliable. They spray inside the house and I don't have any bugs or termites. They are effective at what they do. Their price is reasonable.
