They were supposed to come over and clean and inspect the gas fireplace. No one showed. Then no one responded to three phone calls (got answering machine each time, which switched over to another voice mail). Went to the store the next day and the doors were wide open but no one was home. Finally found a guy having a smoke on a pickup tailgate out back.

Came back in and he said somebody was out of town and they had the wrong number so couldn't call me. I asked what number they had. He didn't know. Told him I had provided my number again on my second call.

Blank stare.

No call, no apology, no show.

Total losers. Unprofessional and unbusinesslike.

The service call was scheduled for 12 pm.  I called to confirm in the morning.  At 12:25 I called the company and was told he would be there in 5 minutes.  He arrived at 12:45 and was rude when I told him that I wasn't happy about how late he was.  He acted like I was the problem.  The service was supposed to take 1 hour and I was quoted $100 as the cost. He had to leave to get supplies he had forgotten and when he returned he walked in the house without knocking.  The service ended up taking almost 2 hours and the bill was $141.  The logs are working properly and appear to be thoroughly cleaned but it was a horrible experience.
