The service call was scheduled for 12 pm. I called to confirm in the morning. At 12:25 I called the company and was told he would be there in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:45 and was rude when I told him that I wasn't happy about how late he was. He acted like I was the problem. The service was supposed to take 1 hour and I was quoted $100 as the cost. He had to leave to get supplies he had forgotten and when he returned he walked in the house without knocking. The service ended up taking almost 2 hours and the bill was $141. The logs are working properly and appear to be thoroughly cleaned but it was a horrible experience.
