Description of Work: Was hired to renovate kitchen to include new cabinetry, countertops, ceramic floor, repair damaged trim, paint and reinstall hanging pot holder. Also included was to replace old tile in 1/2 bath with new and to remove and replace vaninity with new cabinet and marble top. work that was done in kitchen sad. Had to have upper cabinets rehung,cabinets were split because of improper hanging, low cabinet doors adjusted, had to replace 2 drawer fronts because no measuring was done handles were too crooked to just adjust.Paint was thin, no repairs to the scaring on the walls from the removal of cabinets was done. Just painted over it. Trim work on base boards was SLOPPY, IF CUT TO SHORT he just pieced in a filler. Shoe molding incorrectly cut. Damage was done to the underside of the sink cabinet when sodering the pipe was done. No attempt to repair or replace this surface was made. Many other things in kitchen were poorly done. IN the 1/2 bath, the counter top had be reinstalled because it was set crooked. The plumbing to the sink was NEVER CONNECTED properly and leaked causing MAJOR WATER DAMAGE. to new cabinet wall and subflooring. Promises to return to seal new tile in 1/2 bath never came about. Mr. Clark talks a good game but is very incapable of doing the work. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE.
