When the technician arrive he had the repair parts (water inlet valves) in his hand because of my diagnosis of the problem. He took to the task, replaced the valves, tested the replacement valves and gave the machine an all clear. While he was here, I had him check additional replacement parts on the machine. He reported that all of the other parts were in fine condition. He put the washing machine back in place, presented his bill and after payment, he was gone.Very professional and polite. Definately my new appliance repair company. Don't need to look any further.

They traveled here to fix our washer and did not charge travel cost. He saved us $100.00 by improvising using a microwave fuse.
