I could not be happier with the quality of work, the level of professionalism, and how quick Dan worked. I would use him again in a heartbeat, and recommend him without reservation.
We have a copper water pipe running along above the living room ceiling that over the last ten years has been repaired about 6 times. And the ceiling showed the repairs. Dan leveled out the drywall patches, scrapped all the old textured ceiling off, and re-stomped the ceiling in the entire room. That same pipe runs into the den, and it had also been repaired. Dan was able to smooth out the repair area and re-stomp just that area. The texture matched exactly. Once it is painted, we won't be able to tell where it was repaired.
We also had some textured ceiling behind a drop wooden lattace in the kitchen. Dan worked through the lattace and repaired several loose areas.
We have two rooms with very high ceilings. In the great room, a seam tape along the main wall at the highest point (16 feet) was coming away from the wall. Dan fixed it and readied it for painting. He did the same in our laundry room: fixed showing seam tapes, patched holes, readied the room for painting.
He came, he did exactly what he said he would do, he did it right and he did it fast (in three days!). He has my thanks and 6 A's.
