I had used Case before and was very satisfied; however, this time it did not go as well. I don't know if it was because they knew I was getting work done in preparation for selling the house. The job took longer than expected. They measured the front door/screen door and it was too long for the frame so they had to cut into siding.They also changed the side the door opens so now it is less convenient when packages arrive-have to go out on porch move them around to the small area next to the door to bring in the boxes. After the work was done and I received 5 year warranty paper, I called to have them fix the bathroom faucet they installed. It took over a week and five phone calls to gets a response. I had to insist that they call Tracy (one of their workers who now covers their warranty in Williamsburg since they no longer are in the area). He is very good and makes sure the work is done well. When I had another problem with the new screen door, again it took a week and four calls to get someone to come. When Tracy came he fixed the door and took care of the upstairs window- they left brown paint on the outside glass. I could not open the windows to get to clean them. Tracy got them opened and cleaned the paint off.

They tried to seal a leaky exterior door. No success. Ditto with the shower and the kitchen sink. I had a list of thirty unsatisfactory work items. They addressed a couple, but solved none.
