Terrible, the first countertops they installed will full of pits and haze, just awful condition. They sent someone out to fix them, all he did is use a razor blade to scrape up some of the residue. The second time, they sent a guy that worked on them for about an hour, when he left, they looked much better. I then paid the second half of my payment. About two weeks later, I noticed they were turning green. Now they have huge bright green spots all over. I read on the internet that the sealer was either done incorrectly or they sealed it when it had moisture under it. Upon calling Mandy at the Williamsburg office, who is not very friendly or helpful, she said they would probably need to refabricate. I have never heard from her again. Trying to call the home office in Richmond, no one answers the phone. I seriously would not ever use this company. Beware!
