+ -1 moreI appreciated the second attempt to fix the noise at no cost to me. They were very appreciative of my business over the years, and really went the extra mile to find and correct the annoying noises.
Description of Work: Corrected a clicking noise in the bike. The first replacement part/labor did not fix the annoying sound, so I went back, they pulled the pedals apart, did some major cleaning, fixed the problem and did not charge me for the second amount of labor.

+ -1 moreThey worked on our daughter’s bike that we bought elsewhere for free. I thought that was phenomenal. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were willing to make the bike 100% safe for my daughter even though I didn’t purchase it from them.
Description of Work: We purchased one brand new bike from Bikebeat. They did the maintenance on our daughter’s bike that we bought somewhere else and also fixed the issues in it.
