I appreciated the second attempt to fix the noise at no cost to me. They were very appreciative of my business over the years, and really went the extra mile to find and correct the annoying noises.

They worked on our daughter’s bike that we bought elsewhere for free. I thought that was phenomenal. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were willing to make the bike 100% safe for my daughter even though I didn’t purchase it from them.
