Retractable awnings are Solair brand with generous warranties. Other brands may be available on request. We will install customer's awnings purchased independently from another dealer. We offer quality manufacturing with structural integrity of awning frames designed to withstand average to high wind speeds and average to high snow loads. Estimates are always free. We are happy to answer any questions at any time about an awning project. We are licensed contractors with a clean record at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Commercial Contracting License No. is ROC237416. Residential Contracting License No. ROC237417. We are accredited members of the Better Business Bureau with an "A" rating. We offer a 10% discount to the military, seniors, and Angies's List members (only one discount available to a customer). We do not use subcontractors but are happy to subcontract under a general contractor in good standing. We will always visit a customer at their residence or place of business. We offer a contract with a five week turnaround and strive to bring our contracts in on time. Rarely, exceptional, extreme, or unforseen circumstances may arise, but we will always keep the customer informed and up to date on contract progress. Steel fabricator has over 40 years experience.
