Door arrived and I received a call requesting a install date. Next week they were here, on time, to install. Definitely appreciated the day before call reminding me they were coming.
Door installed within a few hours. Upon inspection, the technician and I noticed dents on the inside & that the outside seams did not match up correctly. Pictures taken and forwarded to the office. Within the week, a senior tech came out to investigate. It was determined that the flaw ( did not affect operation of the door ) was a flaw from manufacturer of the door and not Garage Door Group. Another door was ordered immediately at no cost.
New door installed once it arrived and was examined carefully. Great service and caring from the Garage Door Group.
