I would recommend Al to anyone - he was very responsive to providing me information on qty of fabric as well as answering any questions I had. Price was very reasonable - we will absolutely be using Al again!

Made an appointment on a Saturday to speak with Al about reupholstering 6 sets of cushions for two pieces of wicker furniture. We brought 1 set of cushions for Al to measure and do the estimate. After seeing samples of his work and receiving the estimate, we asked a lot of questions and Al was very open and willing to provide answers and guide us through the process and described the work he would do for us. We noted how neat, clean and organized his shop was and that also impressed us.
Two weeks later we called for another Saturday appointment, brought four of the six sets of cushions, our cotton duck fabric and some matching material to make some throw pillows, four in all. A week later we took the remaining two sets and picked up the new reupholstered sets to bring back home. Once home we placed the new cushions back on our furniture and they fitted perfectly. Al called us that night to make sure everything fitted properly and we told him how excited and pleased we were about the fit, quality and construction of his work. A day later he finished the remaining cushions, we picked them up and then paid him for his efforts.
Al did wonderful job, is pleasant to work with and very talented. His easy going personality and willingness to show us examples of his work and answer the many questions we asked was greatly appreciated. And the throw pillows he created from scratch were a perfect match for the reupholstered cushions.
Will we use Al the next time we need his services, absolutely yes. Would we recommend him to friends and neighbors, absolutely yes. The most important issues, on time delivery and no hidden surprises with cost matching quotes, will keep us going back to him for future furniture jobs. Al is the best!!

We got prices from a number of others and his estimate was about half. He picked everything up and took it to his shop, and brought it back. He did a high quality job on everything he did for us.
