Car sat outside all day when I call they told me the NAPA kit I purchased mechanic said was not going to work no notification to me. NAPA responded by saying they have had no issues with that kit. Waste of a day. Took truck to dealer instead

They just did an inspection. If you are a member I would recommend the inspection. Only took them a half an hour to get my car back to me.

They did the work in 1 day, as they typically do-even without an appointment. I tend to leave it overnight (they have a drop box for keys) or bring it first thing in the morning. They will install parts purchased elsewhere, which typically provides savings (although then, the part isn't under warranty by them of course). I have been here several times with different cars (import and domestic) and they appear to do honest work. They will explain your problem and make recommendations. Examples of work I've had done are an intake hose and crankshaft sensor replaced and front alignment done. They also have a ladies special on Wed- $20 oil change (use it often) and Girl's garage class in the evenings (have not attended).In addtion, they have Sat. hours.

They were immediately responsive in the middle of a Friday afternoon, took the car in right away and returned it promptly with a brand new battery.
Another afternoon I saw the check engine light come on and as I was close I drove in. They explained the cost to analyse it on the computer and advised me to recheck the gas cap. They saved me this visit by their honesty.
