I was absolutely thrilled with his work and work ethic. He was very down to earth and understood what a budget was unlike other contractors. He was well mannered and also on time.Also another thing I really liked is he was always hands-on on the project and did not just let a one of his crews do it alone. By talking to Mr. Morris I could really tell that he is dedicated and compassionate about what he does and the satisfaction of his customers are a top priority. When the remodel of my bathroom was complete, I was in total shock. It looked amazing and exactly what I wanted. When I went to inspect the work, I did notice a few nail holes in the trim that were not filled. When I addressed it, he took the criticism professionally and immediately went out and fixed the holes. He wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with everything. I have actually asked Mr. Morris,to come and look at my roof and the reason being is that I loved the work he did and he is one in a few that are jacks of all trades. I have recommended him to everyone because I know giving him a chance will be the best decision for anyone looking for any home improvements.
