I called Mortimer's Locksmiths to discuss the work to be done and spoke to Scott who gave me advice on the locks to purchase. I purchased the deadbolt lock and doorknob kits at Home Depot and called Scott back to set up an appointment. He arrived on time and installed the locks and doorknobs professionally. He took the desk lock with him to see if he could make a key for it. A week later he told me that he had been able to make a key, and the next day he reinstalled the desk lock and gave me the new key. I am very satisfied with all of the work that was performed and I would use Mortimer's again.

they were here and gone before the moving truck arrived. Seriously, this entire transaction
took place in less than 30 minutes. To add to the great experience,
they only charged for a regular service call. I will use A-1 Mortimer's
for all my future locksmith needs and will always refers A-1 Mortimer's to others
who have need for their services. A-1 says it all.
