Here at Chromatic Coatings, we have over 12 years of experience and we inspect all of our jobs according to their procedures and specifications. We constantly keep ourselves updated with new inspection reports, specification revisions, and procedures. We exercise leadership skills by motivating employees to provide quality work and production. We inspect surface preparation and painted surfaces for quality. We also teach quality painting after preparation of surfaces. We stress the importance of paying attention to detail and making sure quality work is being completed in a timely manner. We prepare our jobs by thinking up a strategic way to assign jobs by knowing the skills of each of our employees. We prepare our jobs by thoroughly reading up-to-date procedures and assigning the proper materials needed for quality and production of work.
