We had an amazing experience the morning of the big snowstorm. My husband heard the furnace fan seize up and quit working at 3:30 a.m. He called Northern Neck's repair number, expecting to connect to an answering machine. But the call was answered by a real person! The fan was replaced and working by the time I woke up at 7:30. I never saw the repair person. I call that really excellent customer service. Our old system was installed by Northern Neck Mechanical in 1995 and we have only needed two service calls in all that time. Both were handled with efficiency and economy. We have not yet received the statement for this service call, but our experience in the past with this company has been exemplary and reasonably priced.

Was a new house so the poor quality of work was done before we bought it but it was hardd getting them back to try and fix things. Finally just had another contractor come in and do the repairs rather than fiddle with these people and keep paying service fees and for parts they say were not covered.
