We are a construction company specializing in single family custom homes. We have been in business for 17 years in the Northern Neck area of Virginia. Most of our subcontractors have been with us since we began. We are open Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm.

I bought an older home and need more space. Chris Chainey had built my sister's home and guest house and he agreed to do the job. Because things changed during the remodel I encurred more costs but only after he explained the costs. So, there were no surprises. His workers were very efficient and Chris came by each day to make sure things were going well. He too spent a lot of time working the job. To say I am a pleased client is putting it mildly. I would recommend him to anyone needing either a builder or remodeler. I can say this as I know my sister and husband have been more than pleased with their home for 15 years. He recently completed a 4 season porch addition to their home as well.
