We first used this company to do a small job for us - about 60 sq. ft. We wanted to have 12” ceramic floor tile that we bought installed in our master bathroom. We promptly received a quote and a date someone could come out to do it via text message. We also received a text the day before to confirm the plans. Isaac was sent out to do the job. He came promptly and worked all day. He did a very professional job and we were very happy with the way it turned out! About a month later, we contacted them again to have about 20 sq. ft. of mosaic tile installed along one wall of our kitchen. Again, we received a prompt reply with an install date via text and another text the day before to confirm. Isaac was once again sent out to install the tile that we had bought. Isaac is very competent and friendly. It took about a half day and he once again did a great job! Both projects made such a difference!

They arrived and installed. However, there were spots that popped up. He came and said they will settle. SIx months later (7-2014) there was a crack in the vinyl. He came to look at it and said he needed a scrap piece to replace it. Since I did not have scrap piece left as I am in the process of selling the house, he would do nothing except put DAP sealant over the crack. He did nothing about the ridge I pointed out . He said he never heard of vinyl cracking and he does not warranty the product. He said he installed it properly, but if it was installed properly, the ridge would not be there and there would not be a crack. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
Before the problem arose, and immediately after the vinyl flooring, I had them install new carpet. They were late coming and did not call. I called to see where they were and was told they had to wait to pick up the carpet. While installing the carpet they lost the magnetic bar to glass door  of living room furniture which they moved to install the carpet. The carpet is not what they said the quality would be.
