I had a mouse infestation. Eric came to my house on time and with plenty of knowledge. He set bait and for two weeks we saw evidence of dwindling numbers of mice. At the two-week visit he baited again. He even put steel wool in a hole the mice were using to come and go (I was not physically able to do it). I highly recommend Epling’s and especially Eric. I setup a monthly visit with them and the price was very reasonable.

Had a pest inspection preformed due to refinancing a year after a previous inspection. Inspector listed active insect damage that was treated from the prior inspection the year before. Owner came to re-inspect when I called. He admitted it was old damage and not active. His excuse was his inspector didn't know. I asked then, how did he know it was new damage the year prior. They installed a dehumidifier, $3000.00, in my crawl space and had to knock out part of my concrete footer to get the unit under the house. Now my crawl space floods when it rains. Called to address the problem. Owner said they did not do it and dropped me as a customer. I have been using Eplings for ALL my pest & inspections needs since buying this house in 2001. Just in the past 6 years their service has reflected this type of customer service.

Not recommended! Still have the same pests. Treatments only worked short term. Worst is they do not perform the work as scheduled. Three out of four times they need to reschedule.

They were pretty close to being on time. They communicate very well and are very thorough. We also worked out a payment plan. It was a very fair payment plan.

Epling's control came last year and injected termite deterrent in the earth all around the house.
The cost was US $ 1390.00
This is a treatment that is offered with a warranty for 10 years. Each year they come back and check.
The treatment has to be renewed every 10 years.
I also asked them to perform a fungus treatment in the crawl space because there was fungus on the wood beams when we entered the house. cost US $ 500.00

I have been using them for 15 years. They seem to be very thorough in their inspections. They are very friendly and competent. They take a personal interest in us. They are responsive, punctual, and professional. All of the technicians have been very experienced. I will continue to use this service.

I have had no dislikes with their services.  The technician that came out was very clear.  He was a nice gentleman.  The receptionist that called me to set an appointment was very nice.  She gave me alternative dates just in case.  They call ahead of time if they have to cancel.  They will reschedule if you want them to.  If there is something wrong and if you need them to come back, they would come back.  We haven’t had any problems with them at all.  I don’t know if there is anything else cheaper because I haven’t checked any other place else.  The quality of work is very good.  They take care of everything.  They are great with their professionalism.
