Mr. Kite was very responsive. He explained everything he was doing. My only complaint and I share the blame is that it was not explained that the time was and quot;after hoursand quot;; therefore, the cost was higher. He fixed the problem and I am grateful.

Kites plumbing answered my call immediately. Quoted an apporximate time. Called when they were on the way. Took them less than an hour. Explained the problem and what he did. He also told me how to report to Augusta Water authority to discount Water Bill. Was curteous and explained that there were two softner systems that prevented plumbers repairing....could not repair because Culligan has the parts and will not sell to private plumbers DONT BUY A Water softner System from Culligan. I have had this problem from year one. Called Three times Culligan never fixed! Nor Replaced.
