We really didn't exactly what to ask for because we weren't sure what was wrong. Josh didn't treat us like idiots. He broke it down so we'd understand. He knew what we wanted before we did! We are extremely happy customers. I couldn't believe how much they could do remotely!! Thanks Josh!!
