Overall experiece was not good,
I was very dissappointed with this business!!
I have a small cleaning business and I had taken four of my Hoover Portapower vacuums in to be serviced. I recieved a call and the gentleman told me that the hoover portapower was not a good vacuum and he could not repair three of them. The fouth one only needed the cord tightened. I was ill and so I did not go to pick them up right away after they called me. I recieved a call telling me if I did not pick them up they would be sold. It had only been about 9 days! I asked my father-in-law to pick them up for me the next day. When he did, he was given a box of pieces of the three that apparently could not be repaired and the fourth was ok. When my team took the fourth out to use, they found that a little door piece had not been put back into the area where the bag fit in and the bag was sucked into the motor and it is no longer works. I phoned and left a message asking them to call me so I could speak with someone about this but to this date no one has returned my call.

Vacuum world replaced my Miele vacuum's hose 15 months ago, the
electrical part of the hose broke so the rug attachment won't work, the
replacement hose has wanted to have a kink in it ( probably should have
brought it back, but did not), The hose stopped working on Sat. I
looked online, for a new hose cost on line for a replacement hose
165.00, I brought it into vacuum world, he confirmed that the hose was
under warranty for a year, called miele to see if they would replace for
free, they would not,since it was 15 months old. he said he would just
charge me cost for the hose, which was 75.00! This service was fast! and
he was really helpful! I
asked about new vacuums, he took the time to explain each and every one, and why he recommended certain vacuums!

I had taken my Miele vacuum to another local dealer they told me it would cost 300.00 to repair the circuit board. Vacuum world replaced the circuit board and cleaned my vacuum for $60.00, it's as good as new! Also offered yearly cleaning, ( who knew the vacuum needs to be cleaned!) They were professional, timely, and willing to help!
