The trees were planted without removal or cutting of the root bags. To date we have lost major trees in our yard. We have attempted to contact the company at least seven times. We did receive one return call when Mr. May stated he would come out and look at the third tree we had lost however he never showed and has not returned any of our other calls.

It was a job well done. There were no issues and it was completed as asked.
