P & S has five 2-man crews that work in residential, commercial and light industrial; We do new construction, remodels and troubleshooting existing problems. /we are also an authorized Kohler Generator dealer. We accept cash or check.

Called to set up appt. P&S Electric said they would call me back one day the following week when they could come over that day (I would need to be available to leave work to meet them after I got a call). Even though the lack of a firm appt time is a bit unprofessional, I agreed (I work near home). They never called. After 2 weeks I called them back and they said they had been extremely busy, but that they would call me back later in the day to reschedule. They never called. Must be nice to have so much business that they can ignore prospective customers.

Unfortunately for our customers, we are extremely busy this time of year and are also a very small company. We do try to be in touch with prospective customers relatively quickly, due to the call volume and current workload, some calls do fall thru the cracks. Again we apologize for the poor experience you had and just wanted you to know that this is something we will strive to correct. Phil came by the house to review the work and give us an estimate. The 2-person crew came to do the work a few days later. The crew worked efficiently, and listened to my questions and requests. This crew was professional and worked quickly. They figured out how to help me solve my electrical problems, without hesitation. The total bill was $500+ I'll hire them again and recommend them to others.

It went extremely well.  I had a main breaker that was arcing and Phillip tried to find a breaker to replace it but none were available due to the age of the breaker box and breaker.  Phillip replaced my entire breaker box and did an outstanding job.  I would hire P&S again for my electrical work.

Phil and his staff were prompt and professional.  Came by to prepare a bid within one week of phone call.  Worked with me to schedule the service.  and then cleaned up after themselves.  Very professional, beautiful installation!

They had to dig a 50 ft. ditch to bury the wire to the outside building, and put the wire through conduit into the house and also the outside building. The outlet in the bathroom had to have a dedicated wire run from the box to the bathroom.

These folks were absolutely wonderful. Mr. Sandridge came out and spent a god deal of time walking all through the house as I pointed out areas of need/ concern. He estimated the work to take two days. He supplied all fixtures and materials except for the front porch lights. His two man crew was extremely courteous, very professional and did a very decent job of cleaning up after themselves. They finished up before the end of the second day. One receptacle (previously existing) caused a breaker to trip and not reset a few weeks later. They fixed the problem at no charge. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Jesse and the owner's grandson were great.  They were on-time, courteous and explained each step of the process to me as they worked. I have used this company for 10 years for both electrical repairs in a 200 year old home and new construction.  They always show up on time, complete the job with quality materials, clean up, and check the results of the work.  If it is not correct, they gladly return to make it right.
