Service was excellent . Despite of the pandemic, the the work was timely , They were very professional , work man were friendly. I didn't have an issue at all.

I will not shop there again.

Store manager Keith, approached me minutes after I entered the store, and asked if he could help me. I explained what i needed and he put me in touch with a very knowledgeable man in the lighting area. I was shown several choices that would meet my needs, then I was handed off to another employee in the building supplies area to discuss my drywall needs. Overall the experience was awesome. It was capped off by the manager following up on my progress and even helping in the checkout process when I asked if I could get a Military discount. I showed my ID and received 10% off the entire purchase. Happy, Happy, Happy !

I created a project plan for my master bathroom renovation. Local outlets in Charlottesville, Va weren't very helpful so I decided to go out-of-town to visit the Home Depot in Waynesboro, Va. I presented my plan to Home Depot service representatives and they guided me throuhg the process of identifying the best produts to complete the renovation. If they did't have what I needed they made a referral to a vendor who did. Is this attributed to great management or just superb employees. Their competitor's customer service was very poor.

We chose Home Depot because we didn't know anyone who installed. We were very impressed with the lady at Home Depot that set this up. She was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for somebody better to guide us through this process. Their price isn't the cheapest but it's not the most expensive either.
