the project was started June 2015 and it over a year and its still not finished. Yes, we have some problems with the roof pitch because it a mobile home (it only took abt 6weeks at the most). We the customer had to put out extra money for a lot of things. I had to file a report with DPOR. I've find out things I wish I knew before the project, then I wouldn't chose this company.

The contract was started on 7/14/15 all august there was no work started. It is now 1/15/16 and the work has still not been completed. We are going back and forth with the county now due to there are some jobs that he did not list with the county that he left out. He did not submit a drawing for the covered porch. The stoop on the end of the house had no drawing and the county knew nothing of that work. We have $2,000 left in the budget and there are some major items that are not on site and that are worrying me due to the budget and when I ask him he says he does not have to tell me where the money is going but he told me it goes into extra labor and cost of materials. I have been cleaning up trash that they are leaving in the yard and I have let him know about it multiple times. I have not seen him since Jan 6th and I have not spoken with him since Jan 13th regarding budget and where and how certain items are going to be paid and how the work will be completed. He still has to paint inside and stain the porch and stoop. It is getting cold and the stain won?t stick until it is warmer. Is he going to come back in the spring or summer to do that? My permits are up on Feb. 15th and the work needs to be completed. A 6 week project that is written in contract is now going on 7 months.
