Charles was very professional and great to work with. He arranged his schedule to match mine and to be most convenient for me. He arrived at the exact times he said he would. He did a temporary fix for me until the part came in so I could use my washer in the meantime and didn't accept payment until the job was complete (came back with the part and completed the repair the next week). I would highly recommend.

I was greatly impressed. The owner/ operator, did the work himself. He was open, friendly and very accommodating. He was on time, worked swiftly but with care and left everything cleaned up.
