Mr. Edwards, the owner, called the night before with a reminder, arrived exactly on time, was completely prepared and started work immediately.  He was not in a hurry and worked until the job was complete.  He is very methodical, takes very good care of possessions that he may need to move, and is careful not to track in from any outside work.  He cleaned the inside and outside of storm windows on 15 windows, then the inside and outside of the same windows plus 11 more that are newer thermals and do not have storms.  He also cleaned two storm doors, inside and outside, and two entry doors that are half glass with divided light.  When he left, after several hours, the windows were sparkling clean and there was no evidence, other than the clean windows, that he had been in the house.  Mr. Edwards has been cleaning my windows and those at my mother's home for several years.  We have been completely satisfied with his work, as evidenced by our asking him to return each year.  Before he left, I asked if he would do work in Charlottesville, VA and he does.  Although I did not ask, he may also work in Staunton and Harrisonburg, VA
