Xtreme Painting remodeled our kitchen in Ashburn - a very high end job that was done remarkably quickly and with great attention to detail. Dan and his team were professional, on time, and exhibited fantastic work. The very minor follow up items that were needed were attended to promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan and his team. A+

XPR turned our 1980s Master bathroom into a world of relaxation! The workman showed great craftmanship in their attention to details in the tile work, molding, unique lighting, and paint. They completed the work on time and within the original budget. Following the Master, they transformed a basement disaster bathroom and the hall bath into friendly, updated bathrooms. Daniel is easy to work with and he checks the work of his employees. He wanted to make sure that we were happy throughout the process. We would hire this team again!

Xtreme Painting & Remodeling, LLC did an amazing job remodeling my entire kitchen, including changing the entire floor plan, removing walls, installing all new lighting system, brand new cabinets, countertops, tiles and sink. The results exceeded my expectation. Not only were the results beautiful, but the consultation and service from the staff made the process very smooth and less stressful. Daniel, the owner was very responsive and thorough and asked all the right questions. We had an in-depth conversation, so I knew exactly what to expect. There were absolutely no surprises. They showed up on time and were very professional and did it very neatly, professionally, and beautifully. This was not an easy job, but Daniel’s team really came through. I was very happy with the results and I have received many compliments on my kitchen. It looks gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Xtreme Painting & Remodeling, LLC and plan to use them for our future projects!!!

How does one properly extol the best contracting experience he's ever had? I don't know, but Dan and his team certainly delivered it when I decided to remodel my kitchen and first floor. I am the envy of my neighborhood thanks to the remarkable job they did on my Reston townhouse by the water. First, it's great to have one throat to choke on a complete demolition and remodeling of an entire floor of the house. Dan Jasinski and his crew at XPR (shout-out to Gustavo and Sidney!) made me feel that there was nothing I ever needed to worry about. This was a huge job done with no drama whatsoever and the small glitches that inevitably came up were handled immediately and with expert professionalism. Their coordination and efficiency has to be seen to be believed. I was given an estimate of seven weeks to complete the job and they literally left on the last day of the seventh week, never once missing a day of work for lack of materials, cabinets, flooring, or any other reason. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors looking to upgrade their homes and they will definitely be back to work on any and all future renovations at my house now that I have found them.

I had hired Daniel and his crew to help me with a sagging 2nd story floor in a historical house. They put great work and care into leveling the floor, as well as reinforcing the existing beams with LVL, then wrapping them with cedar planks, per my specifications. The floor is great, I am not in a slightly more square house, as a result, and overall the work went as expected. eniel went out of his way to accomodate my need to move a couch - since I had no place to put it, he took it upon himself to house it in his garage for the time the work got done. It is this sort of gesture - going out of their way - to make it happen, that Daniel and his company is known for. On the downside, I never quite got those conduits straightened - lol - his crew make a call to place a ceiling light centered to a different measurement than I expected - not a biggie - I got other crews to come in and re-position the light where it needed to go. Overall, I would hire them again, and trust them with significant jobs - such as structural, and window repairs/replacement, etc. Their work ALWAYS passes inspection, at first inspection - so that tells you he uses qualified folks. I am a lifelong customer, and I suspect, will continue to be one (as long as I can afford his services! :))

Daniel Jasinski (owner) and his employees at XPR did a great job on our bathroom project. Our project was larger and somewhat more complicated than most, but not extraordinary. You probably can find less expensive contractors, but XPR's quality makes them a good value. Any project of this size is bound to have some problems; we had a few, and it took somewhat longer than we had hoped, but we were very pleased in the end. The best thing about working with Daniel was that he is scrupulously committed to doing the job right and being fair. When we had some problems with the plumbing installation, we did not have to argue to get the situation corrected, despite the resolution being complicated and costly for Dan. When we wanted minor changes in the project--different lights, or a mosaic in the shower tile, for instance--Daniel did not balk or demand more money. We always felt that we were getting a fair deal, even when there were difficulties. XPR worked with Susan Kuehhas of SK Interiors on design and decor for the bathroom. Susan also is great, and had many good ideas for making our project a real show piece. She has a lot of contacts and relationships with suppliers, and can get discounts that make the project more affordable.

Daniel and his team have done an outstanding job. They are courteous, timely, and detail oriented. Daniel is also very flexible if you need to address any changes once the work starts. We have been thrilled with Daniel's work and would recommend him without hesitation.

Overall the project was a great success and we're very pleased with the finished product. There were a couple of small hiccups along the way but XPR and crew made everything right, quickly. The folks at XPR were very accommodating and professional. We will hire them again and i highly recommend them!

We were very please with the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. Daniel was willing to take on our complex renovation and was very responsive to issues that arose during the project. We were very satisfied with the outcome of our renovation and the follow up provided post construction. We will definitely use this company again for future projects.

Pros:
1) The owner of the business understands what quality is (unfortunately his workmen seem unable to deliver it)
2) The owner was committed to trying to correct situations
3) After all the issues and almost ruining a brand-new $4,000 rug, he agreed that we did not need to pay him last $800 dollars
Cons:
1) The people doing the work did not do ANYTHING well
- Painting was sloppy.  They did not tape ceilings and had crooked lines.  Paint seemed to get everywhere - floors, closet doors
- Stone work was not finished correctly  - sides were not originally finished and when they did finish the sides, they stained the stone
- Floating shelves where not installed/reinforced correctly (they are not level and we had to reinforce after the fact due to sagging)
- The in-wall speakers were apparently a bit to big to fit into the wall, so they decided to force them in - wallboard on the other side of the wall (in another room) was pushed out
- TV was mounted crooked and they threw away all the additional parts for the mounting - which means when we got a new TV we had to shelf-modify the mounting
2) Every time workers were in our house they damaged something.  It was a newly built home so everything was new.
- They put metal container in the stainless steel kitchen sink and scratched it
- See "in-wall" speakers comment above - we had to remove dry wall in room where they pushed through
- They got some type of wall composite/filler on our brand new, rolled-up and out of the way rug.  It had to be sent out for special cleaning and has never quite been the same.
3) They were outrageously priced.

Went well at first, but took much longer than the estimated time. Also, there were several mistakes and they had to come back at least 3 times after the main work was "completed". Things like putting a drywall over the radon gauge so we couldn't access it anymore, installing crooked light switch plates, etc.
I also tried to contact the owner several times later because to this day we're having water coming through the play room which sits right below the balcony they fixed. He never returned my calls.

They say they guarnteed their work for a year, but after a couple phone calls to come back out about 8 months
later to fix a project that was done improperly, he said he would come out to
fix it later that week. They never showed up and after several months and phone
calls he never called me back an ignored me.
One exterior column they didn?t use nails, screws, or glue
so the wood split apart.  The nails I saw
them use on the other unit weren?t rated exterior and I had to tell them this.
I think he had his painters do carpentry and drywall work
that they hadn?t done before as they were incompetent.  He may have subcontracted out?
They said they would replace all rotten wood on the exterior
house trim, but I saw that they were trying to cover up a few spots and hope I
wouldn?t notice
They didn?t block my vents in the bedroom so the drywall dust went all
throughout my house.   They didn?t
protect their shoes or the flooring so drywall mud trailed on my carpet and
floors.  I was compensated $100 for my full
week-end of cleaning.  This was after I
asked during the estimate  if they would
tape off the room etc?which was not done.
Was not knowledgeable on the noise reducing drywall
product.  He said he had used it before
for another client, but it was obvious it was their first try.  They were going to cut it downstairs in several sections to bring it upstairs!  Any person that does drywall knows that is a big no no.  They didn't realize it needed to be cut with a hacksaw since it wasn't like regular drywall so had to make another trip to the store.  I spent the time doing the research and feel
they should have done the same and also not give false statements.  I caught a couple incorrect counts on the
number of sheets they needed as well as that they needed a special caulking for
the product to work.  I should not know
more than them!
the only pros:
They did an okay job at the painting itself.
Mostly on time.
Work was completed within promised timeframe.
It was a terrible experience and I have had to spend several
days of my time to fix their mistakes.  I'll do better homework next time.  It scares me that they are even on Angie's list.

We have used them a lot in the past for projects like redoing my bathroom, replacing my floors and repainting. They also replaced the appliances, painted the upstairs and downstairs hallway and foyer and my upstairs bedroom. I decided to use them because of price and a neighbor's recommendation. We like their responsiveness and the quality of their team of workers; they are committed to the success of the project. I will use them again in the future.

The gazebo job was completed professionally and, though it took longer than estimated, the price was the same as quoted, which was significantly less than other contractors.

The current job was also completed professionally and was on time and on budget. There were a couple small glitches, but Daniel was prompt about fixing the problems. The painting and dry wall repair was done extremely well and looks great. Daniel's crew is courteous and professional. They were on time and they kept the job sites very clean and tidy, even cleaning up the drywall dust. I have already asked Xtreme Painting to give me an estimate on several other diverse jobs around my house. I recommend them highly.

On Thursday July 7th, Daniel showed up on time for the estimate and spent about 30-45 minutes, measuring, drawing and writing notes. He promised my wife to get back to her by Sunday. When she didn't hear from him until the following Wednesday, she called him repeatedly and left him 2 voicemail messages. It's been 2 weeks and we didn't hear back from him, although we informed him that the closets are needed very soon and we want the project to finish before August.

Xtreme Painting provided excellent service, product and value. Not only were they punctual in every phase from estimate to final execution, the crew is very experienced and are good communicators and problem solvers. Daniel is very responsive. Not only was he there at the beginning and end of each day, he also helped me with the pick up and delivery of a vanity that I found at the last minute and just had to have. All of this was during snowmageden!!! The entire project went without a even a hiccup!!! We are very pleased with Xtreme Painting's work and have plans to use them again in the very near future, and have recommended them to friends.

Daniel and his folks did a great job. Daniel was exactly right on time for our appointment to get his quote and on the day when the crew showed up. They did a fantastic job. I was very nervous having a new kitchen with new cabinets, counters and floors. I have had another painting company come in who did a poor job. Daniel assured me there would be no mistakes and there weren't. No paint on the counter or seems where the cabinets meet the wall. The trim and paint in the dining room looked great also. All the lines were perfect. Daniel is the only painter who I will ever let back in my house.

Everything came out perfectly. The timeline he gave was exactly how long it took. We had one little problem with spots on the deck that did not seem to be covered and he just came back and did it as soon as we called. His workers were really nice guys barely taking breaks. They were really hard workers. It was all very positive. I was very lucky.
